Into Burning Man
Hey everyone,
I'm disappearing into Burning Man in a couple of days and when I emerge I'll post some images. I hope everyone is doing well and getting into their own work with renewed enthusiasm. I know I am.
Thank you Carlos for getting this going! I like staying in touch with everyone this way.
Best to all,
Nick

Greetings!! I hope everyone has made it home safe, and now have adjusted to the "real" world as they say. I am really happy that you have started this blog! I hope everyone joins in and keeps the spirit of the workshop alive back in your home town!
I look forward to seeing the work, and hearing about what is going in your world.

The beginning...
Contemporary Black & White Portraits is the name of a photographic workshop held in Santa Fe, at the Santa Fe Photographic Workshops, between the 3rd and the 10th of August 2008, by Paul Elledge and Leasha Overturf.
A group of 12 passionate photographers meet there for the first time, to learn from Paul and Leasha a new approach to the beautifull Art of Portraiture.
After 7 intense days of lectures, demos, studio and on location photography, critiques and discussions, we all came to a new understanding of what it is to make pictures, in this specific case, to make portraits.
This blog will be a private space where we will publish some of our images, and share our opinions and critiques regarding each others portraits.
Let's see how it works.
